Question What is the difference between long and short-chain Omega 3’s?
Answer Long-chain Omega 3’s are believed to be the best type of Omega 3’s as these can be used directly by the body and brain, whereas short-chain Omega 3’s have to be converted to long-chain before they can be used to support brain and heart health.

Answer UK experts recommend a daily intake of around 450mg a day of long-chain Omega 3. This equates to one or two portions of oily fish a week.
Question Why not just take Omega 3 supplements?
